Request to Schools and Students Regarding Form Submission for Old Partial and Grade Increment Examinations for Grades 11 and 12

Students studying under grades 11 and 12 in secondary schools/campuses affiliated with the curriculum who have participated in the exams through regular/partial systems and received grades under the old grade increment system (D and E grades) are eligible to appear for the examination.

For students of grade 11, those scoring 55 or above but less than 75 marks in specific subjects will be given one final opportunity to participate in the examinations for subjects they have failed.

Students wishing to participate in these exams must complete the necessary process and submit their application form by Magh 27, 2079. This notice has been published to inform schools and students about the form submission process.

Online Payment/Registration Process


Enter the Registration Number and Date of Birth to search for your details.
Verify your information on the form and check the correct boxes (√) (responsibility for subject selection lies with the school).
Use any digital wallet such as E-sewa, Connect IPS, Khalti, IME Pay, etc., to pay the examination fee.
Print the confirmation message and submit it along with the application form to your school.

Download the form from the NEB website (neb.gov.np), paste your photo, and complete the form before submitting it to your school.
If a student has already submitted the form to their school, the school must handle online entry and payment.
Schools are responsible for rectifying any incorrect student information by contacting the board.
