Tribhuvan University, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, has issued this notice for all examinees of the three-year bachelor’s level in Humanities and Social Sciences, BA First Year, who wish to appear in the 2080 annual examination. They are required to submit their examination application form by paying the prescribed fee and social examination charges from Magh 8, 2080 (January 22, 2024), to Baisakh 2081 (April 2024).
1. Regarding the Examination Application Form:
It is mandatory to have the recommendation of the respective campus while filling out the examination application form.
Students who enrolled in the three-year bachelor’s program in 2073 BS (2016 AD) and appeared for the first-year exam in 2074 BS (2017 AD) but failed, will have their final chance to take this exam.
New applicants must compulsorily mention their previous exam roll number in the form.
Applicants must attach two recent passport-sized photographs (in simple attire) along with the form.
The campus head or an authorized representative must collect and submit the examination application form to the respective campus.
2. Deadline and Fee for Submitting the Exam Application Form:
The examination fee must be deposited in the designated bank account in the name of the Tribhuvan University, Office of the Controller of Examinations (TU OCE) within the prescribed time.
Once submitted, the examination fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
The application form must be submitted only by the campus head or their representative.

Examination fees must be deposited in Nepal Bank Limited, Bagdar Branch under account number 10009000232900000001, and the deposit receipt must be submitted along with the examination application form.
For Campuses under the Regional Office, Nepalgunj
Examination fees must be deposited in Nepal Bank Limited, Tribhuvan Chowk Branch, Nepalgunj, under account number 101090000105, and the deposit receipt must be submitted along with the examination application form.
For Campuses under the Regional Office, Kathmandu
Examination fees must be deposited in Nepal Bank Limited, Balkhu Branch, under account number 0740900021960000001, and the deposit receipt must be submitted along with the examination application form.
