Notice for Filling Examination Application Form for 3/4-Year Bachelor’s Level (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Year) and Master’s Level (1st and 2nd Year) Chance Examination

The Office of the Controller of Examinations, Tribhuvan University, announces that students appearing for the chance examination under the annual examination system for the year 2079 B.S. must fill out the examination application form. This applies to students from the faculties of Humanities, Management, Education, Science, and Technology, as well as the Faculty of Education for Bachelor’s (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Year) and Master’s (1st and 2nd Year) levels.

1. Regarding the Examination Application Form:

The examination application form will be available at the respective campuses or at the Office of the Controller of Examinations.

The form can also be downloaded from the official website of the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Tribhuvan University.

The deadline for submitting the form will be determined accordingly.

2. Regarding Subject Codes:

While filling out the examination application form, students must use the subject codes as per Tribhuvan University’s regulations.

Incorrectly filled forms will not be accepted.

3. Important Rules to Follow When Submitting the Examination Application Form:

Students must clearly mention their examination roll number while filling out the form.

Applicants must specify their examination center.

The receipt of the examination fee payment must be attached with the form.

4. Designated Locations for Private Students Taking the Chance Examination:

Students must submit their examination application form to one of the following Regional Examination Control Offices:

1. Regional Examination Control Office, Biratnagar

2. Regional Examination Control Office, Pokhara

3. Regional Examination Control Office, Nepalgunj

4. Regional Examination Control Office, Attariya, Kailali

5. Examination Fees:

Bachelor’s Level Examination Fee per Student: NPR 1,500/-

Master’s Level Examination Fee: NPR 2,000/-

Additional Practical Examination Fee: NPR 300/-

Late Submission Additional Fee: NPR 300/-

6. Payment of Examination Fees:

The examination fee must be deposited into the designated bank account of Tribhuvan University.

The receipt of the payment must be attached to the application form.
